Thermomix® Service Request

To request a service for your Thermomix® please follow the steps below.

As part of the process, we will let you know if your Thermomix® is under warranty. If not, an online service for a Thermomix® will cost $169, plus additional if extra parts are required.


If your Thermomix® is no longer under warranty, a service will cost $169.00 incl. GST, plus additional parts if required, and includes the following:

· Return postage to and from your nearest service centre
· Repair of service code or mechanical repair*
· Check and update software to apply any enhancements introduced since purchase (for TM6 and TM5)
· Check all functions are operating to manufacturer’s specification
· General service**

*Cost of parts for repair may be chargeable in addition to the service fee. A quote will be emailed to you detailing parts costs (if applicable) once a technician has inspected your Thermomix®.

**Whilst we will always attempt to return your Thermomix® in a cleaner state, we may not be able to remove all marks from your previous usage of your Thermomix®.

TM6You have selected  Thermomix® TM6


To check the serial number of your Thermomix® TM6, simply open the list of options by touching the ‘3-stripe’ field and then ‘Settings’ on the display. Touch the last option ‘Thermomix® Version & Update’ to get to the serial number. The same menu contains information about the software version. You can also find the serial number printed on the type plate below the upper housing on the base of the appliance.

TM5You have selected  Thermomix® TM5


To check the serial number of your Thermomix® TM5, simply open the list of options by touching the ‘3-stripe’ field and then ‘Settings’ on the display and select ‘About Thermomix®’. You can also find the serial number printed on the type plate below the upper housing on the base of the appliance.
